Okay - I really like the way to change the persepective/viewpoint of the scenes instead of the same like camera angle. I also become as a viewer attached to the guy who creates his spaghetti creation. The only thing I might suggest is at the end with the monster behind the arrogant waiter, when he does his final roar maybe show a more terrifying big mouth and have the force of his roar maybe make the few hairs on the balding waiter like stand straight up!?!?!?!?!? But good story!
